Sestavine:
10 dag masla + za pekač, 10 dag sladkorja v prahu, jajce, 2 rumenjaka, 7 dag moke + za pekač, 4 dag nasekljahih mandljev, 8 rezin svežega ananasa (ali iz pločevinke), limona.
Priprava:
Limono operemo in lupinico nastrgamo. Maslo ogrejemo na sobno temperaturo. Skupaj s sladkorjem ga penasto umešamo. Nato enega za drugim dodamo jajce in oba rumenjaka.
Dodamo še 7 dag moke, mandlje in limonino lupinico. Zmešamo, da dobimo gladko maso. Pekač s premerom 22 cm namažemo z maslom in ga pomokamo.
V pekač vlijemo testo in nanj naložimo ananas. Rahlo ga pritisnemo v testo in postavimo v pečico (170 stopinj Celzija). Pečemo približno 40 minut.

| Ingredients:
10 dag of butter + for the baking tray, 10 dag of powdered sugar, egg, 2 egg yolks, 7 dag flour + for the baking sheet, 4 dag chopped almonds, 8 slices of fresh pineapple (or from a can), lemon.
Preparation:
Wash the lemon and grate the peel. Heat the butter to room temperature. Mix it together with the sugar until foamy. Then add the egg and both yolks one by one.
Add another 7 dag of flour, almonds and lemon peel. Mix to get a smooth mass. Grease a baking pan with a diameter of 22 cm with butter and flour it.
Pour the batter into the pan and place the pineapple on it. Lightly press it into the dough and place in the oven (170 degrees Celsius). Bake for about 40 minutes.
